AppEx Zeta-TCP significantly improves TCP connectivity and offers acceptable service quality to the users in such distant locations. The following is a customer use scenario. One of China's top CDN providers had been suffering from slow transmissions between two major CDN sites, one of which was serviced by China Telecom and the other by China Netcom. The network performances of different applications are shown as the orange bars in the graph below. After AppEx LotServer software was installed in the application servers, the transmission rates got an ultra boost for all applications, as the blue bars are showing in the graph. A customer of this CDN provider had observed that 10% to 15% of their end users were unable to use a hosted service smoothly during the peak usage hours. After the CDN provider deployed AppEx LotServer software in all its servers, this customer's new statistics showed that the percentage of unsatisfied users dropped sharply to less than 0.1%.
