Requirements:
- BS/BA in a technical or business field.
- 8+ years in a sales or business development role within Telecommunications or Networking industries
- Strong telephone, web-based demonstration and presentation skills
- Capable of relationship development, opportunity identification and pipeline tracking and building.
- With strong track records of successful business development in North America, preferring with major carriers and/or powerful resellers/integrators in network sector.

Requirements:
- BS/BA in a technical or business field, ideally MBA.
- 8+ years of related working experience.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Formal Working Experience with Network Equipment Vendor, Network Security Vendor/Provider, Router Manufacturer/OEM etc
- With strong track records of successful business development in China, preferring with major carriers and/or powerful resellers/integrators in network sector.
- Good understandings of latest technologies in computer network, security, and web2.0
- Innovative and has passion on business development in high tech field.
- Executive Level relationships (Central and/or provincial) with target customers in China
- With strong track records of successful business development in China, preferring with major carriers and/or powerful resellers/integrators in network sector.
- Deal closing mentality, start-up readiness

Requirements:
- BS or MS in CS, EE or related field.
- Minimum?5 years?experience on network related software development.
- Minimum 3 years of engineering management experience.
- Track record?of building commercial products on?either networking or wireless industries.
- Strong communication,?presentation and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Linux, VxWorks or any of the mobile OS a big plus.
- Must be willing to travel between USA and China, at least occasionally

Responsibilities:
- Provide QA testing during development cycle of certain software products and support operation team to build relationships with global customers and partners of AppEx networks
- Design, develop, execute and verify test plans and procedures.
- Plan and document testing tasks.
- Test software products through the use of Lab, Field and systematic tests.
- Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective actions.
- Design, develop, maintain and document testing tools to ensure quality integration into the overall function.
- Review product documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or quantitative field.
- Familiarity with software testing process, methodologies and defects management system.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools and network testing tools.
- Familiarity with multiple OS such as MS Windows series, Solaris, Redhat, Fedora and Mac.
- Familiarity with embeded OS such as embedded linux, VxWorks, or Mobile OS like WM6.
- Familiarity with Internet Technology and computer network.
- Familiarity with Internet protocols such as FTP/HTTP/HTTPs/SMTP/TCP/UDP/IP.
- Familiarity with computer network devices such as router, switch, firewall and gateway.
- Good problem solving skills, think analytically, and effectively communicate problems and fixes.
- Good team-work and self-motivated spirits
- CCIE or other Cisco certificates are a plus.
- Related working experiences and major in Software Engineering and Software Testing are a plus.
- PERL programming and other scripting are desired.
- SQL language and Database experience are desired.
- Strong English skills are desired.

Requirements:
- Computer science or EE education background.
- More than 3 years research/development experience in device driver development on linux, windows, Vxworks, or any of the mobile operating systems, including WM6, Symbian, and Linux mobile. Network device driver experience preferred.
- In-depth Linux kernel experience a big plus
- Mobile application/driver development experience a big plus
- Performance tuning on linux/windows platform a big plus.

- More than one year experience?in web-based designing and programming
